Ok... as of late, I have been virtually obsessed with learning how to properly apply makeup. I have recently found a young makeup artist who provides tutorials on her blog which can be found here ... I know she is a professional makeup artist and supposed to be really great at doing makeup, but she features some really great stuff like celebrity inspired makeup looks, cute hair tutorials, and product reviews. I struggle with the basics: using gel eyeliner, properly contouring my face, and blending eyeshadow. Below are some videos that I found very helpful and that seem "easy" enough to tackle...

4. This video is an awesome tutorial and features a basic and simple brown smoky eye, perfect for all those ladies out there who can't wear a dramatic black smoky eye.
